Event Fees

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - $4,900

Weekday - $3,900 (Monday-Thursday)

Event fee includes: Includes 14 hours on site with seating for up to 200 guests in the barn. Also includes use of property for engagement/bridal photos on a date to be determined, and 2 hours use of property for rehearsal. Venue staff will be on site to ensure things go smoothly, with free access to venue as needed.

Reception

The reception area includes use of the adjoining pole shed. Space for up to 200 guests includes white chairs, 25 60-inch round tables, 6 8-foot tables for buffet / gift / DJ, 6 6-foot tables for photobooth / music / bar
